[Choirbook for the Divine Office.] manuscript in latin on vellum, text written in gothic script in brownish-black ink beneath 4-line staves in red with square notation in black, rubrics and headings in red, 6 lines, recto and verso. Initials of various sizes in red or blue with contrasting penwork decoration throughout, and painted initial R with extensions on recto of first leaf. 44 (of ?) leaves, lacking leaves 8, 12, 14, and 15, and incomplete at end. 330x245 mm, old blind-tooled leather over wooden boards with brass bosses on covers, worn, recased with hole at top of spine and restoration at bottom, endpapers renewed; heavy marginal soiling and stains throughout, scattered crude marginal repairs occasionally affecting text, final leaves heavily wrinkled with text rubbed though still generally legible.
